Dr. Mohamed Hegazy
Dr. Hegazy is a legal expert with 20 years of practical and academic experience in the areas of Law, management, intellectual property and information technology. He is head of legislative committee in Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), in addition to his responsibilities of heading the intellectual property office in Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA).
Hegazy played a vital role in new cybercrime law and new proposed data protection law. He also participated in many legislative committees for example, the committees of drafting and issuing E-Signature and IPR laws in Egypt. He is arbitrator in the Commercial Arbitration Center for the Gulf Cooperation Countries (GCC), other than being an instructor in Police Academy, Arab Academy for Science and Technology, National Judicial Studies Center and different institutions.
